The weldneck flange (CL-600-30″) is a 30″ diameter flange made for pipes with an inside diameter of 30″. Welded neck flanges (Class 600) are designed to withstand higher pressure compared to lower class flanges and are usually used in applications that require high pressure resistance.

1. Neck: The weld neck flange has a long neck or throat to connect to the pipe through welding.
